GRAPES HELP PROTECT YOUR SKIN


New research reveals that eating grapes can protect your skin against UV damage and prevent the ensuing redness from sun damage.
That’s because grapes contain a skin-protective ingredient called GALLIC ACID, which has super-protective qualities. The more you incorporate grapes in your diet, the better protected your skin and less likely you will turn red.
Gallic acid is not available in topical form yet, but skincare manufacturers are working on it – for now, stock up on the natural thing and eat up!
