Spring Skin Recipes for NORMAL-DRY SKIN

Grape Cleanser

Blend the following:
  • 1 cup mashed grapes (any color)
  • 1 Teaspoon Olive Oil
  • ½ Teaspoon Salt (or Baking Soda)
  • ¼ Cup Milk
Gently wash your face with this every morning and evening. Rinse with warm water.
The grapes are high in minerals and antioxidants. The salt (or baking soda) and milk gently exfoliate the skin and the olive oil moisturizes dry skin.
