3 Beauty Products You Can Make Right at Home

http://www.newbeauty.com/blog/dailybeauty/8927-natural-beauty-solutions/
What better way to instantly beautify your skin than using natural ingredients that you probably have on hand already? Any time I have a skin dilemma, I usually find myself going through my kitchen pantry to find a solution. Below you can find some of my favorite beauty solutions that you probably already have on hand.
1. Raw Honey. When my skin is acting up or I have a breakout, I find myself reaching for this stuff. I’ll dab a little on my blemishes as a spot treatment or apply it as an all-over face mask. The natural antibacterial and probiotic properties speed up healing and reduce breakouts. Sometimes I add even more ingredients to the mix. See below for one of my favorite home-made masks made with just 3 ingredients: Raw Honey, Whole Milk Yogurt, and my 100% Pure Argan oil as the base!
2 teaspoons Raw Honey
2 teaspoons plain Whole Milk Yogurt
Instructions:
Mix ingredients in a small bowl until smooth. Spread the mixture over face and let sit for 10-25 minutes. Remove with warm cloth or gently wash off with water while working the mask into skin for added physical exfoliation. Add more of less of any ingredient to customize the mask to your desired consistency.
Benefits:
Raw Honey is loaded with antioxidants, enzymes, and antibacterial properties that work to hydrate, clarify, and nourish skin
The lactic acid in the yogurt smooths skin, refines pores, and stimulated collagen production.
Argan Exfoliating Cleansing Powder is full of natural powerhouses like tea tree, ginkgo biloba, and green tea to clarify and sooth inflamed skin as well as papain to exfoliate dead skin cells from the inside out
2. Apple Cider Vinegar. Definitely not the first thing you think of when you think of beauty–but trust me on this one! I drink a full glass of water with a tablespoon of Apple cider vinegar to help cleanse and detoxify my system. Another trick: Whenever I get a bruise, I pour apple cider vinegar on a cotton round and apply daily until gone. It really helps to diminish the color. Vinegar also helps add shine to your hair, just make sure to rinse!
3. Turmeric. Not only is in great in Indian food (my favorite), but turmeric has incredible benefits on the skin. I love to mix in a dash of turmeric with my 100% Pure Argan Oil once a week to give my skin even more of a glow. Your skin will be dewy, beautiful, and bright!
